Metapod Media Inc. provides digital marketing services, customer support solutions, web development, consultation, and technical assistance. All services are rendered with full customer consent and transparency, and all promotional materials accurately reflect the services offered, pricing, and limitations in compliance with Google Ads Misrepresentation policies.

We do not make unverified claims in advertisements and ensure that all promotional materials align with actual service capabilities.

We do not offer unauthorized account recovery, violate third-party platform policies, or misrepresent our services in any way. Our offerings are professional, lawful, and focused on client satisfaction and integrity. We ensure compliance with the policies of third-party platforms used in our campaigns (e.g., Google, Meta).

2. Independent Entity

Metapod Media Inc. is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, Meta, or any other third-party platform. All trademarks, service marks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners and are used strictly for descriptive and identification purposes.

3. Prohibited Conduct and User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful, accurate, and current information.

  • Use our services only for lawful purposes.

  • Not engage in any deceptive, fraudulent, or abusive practices.

  • Not request services that violate applicable laws, platform policies, or third-party rights.

  • · Not make guarantees of specific results (e.g., SEO rankings, sales increases) unless verifiable and disclosed in writing.

Metapod Media Inc. prohibits:

  • Misrepresentation of services, features, or affiliations.

  • Hidden or misleading pricing or performance claims.

  • Redirection to deceptive websites or non-functional pages (see Destination Requirements).

  • Collection of personal data without proper consent and disclosure.

  • Any practices that violate Google Ads policies or third-party platform rules.

4. Destination Requirements

You agree that:

  • All landing pages and destination URLs provided must be functional, secure (HTTPS), mobile-friendly, accessible to users with disabilities (e.g., WCAG-compliant), and contain clear content that matches the advertised service.

  • Pages must load quickly and not trigger unnecessary pop-ups or malware.

  • Contact details, business identity, and policies (such as refunds and terms) must be clearly visible.

Metapod Media Inc. ensures all online destinations meet transparency, security, and user trust expectations in compliance with Google Ads Destination Requirements. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if a client’s landing page violates these requirements or Google Ads policies.

5. Payment Terms

Payment must be completed before the delivery of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Recurring subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method in accordance with your selected plan.

6. Refund Policy

  • Our refund policy is transparent and posted on our website. Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

  • The service was not delivered as described or within the agreed timeframe.

  • You contact us within 7 days of service delivery with documented evidence of the issue by emailing support@metapodmediainc.com.

  • Partial refunds may be offered based on service completion status.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Completed services that met agreed deliverables.

  • Dissatisfaction due to subjective expectations not included in the scope of work.

7. Data Privacy

Metapod Media Inc. complies with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and will only collect, store, or process personal data with explicit user consent and in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.metapodmediainc.com/privacy-policy.

8. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to update, change, or discontinue any part of our services without prior notice, provided these changes do not breach existing client agreements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in dispute.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Mississauga, Ontario. Users are responsible for complying with local laws in their jurisdiction, and Metapod Media Inc. will cooperate with applicable legal requirements.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately, without notice, for violations of these terms, applicable law, or Google Ads policies. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these terms will cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted with a new effective date. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
